Respect for Confidentiality, Privacy and Rights of staff and clients alike are fundamental keys to our business and day to day operations.
Respect and Confidentiality rest with each employee and must be observed, as knowledge or documentation of a confidential nature regarding staff or clients and their affairs, may come into the employee’s possession.
If an employee overhears confidential information or is privy to confidential documentation, that employee must not disclose or deliver such information to another employee or the public.
Further, information must not be given on the telephone unless the identity of the caller and his/her right to the information have been established. When in doubt, please refer to your Manager or member of Management.
When in conversation with another employee or a member of the public, whether face to face, group meeting, on the internet or via telephone discussion, respect and privacy should be afforded.
